If you are having issues with logging into FACTS Portal, please check these things first:
- District Code:
KCS-IN - Username: use your full "email" username, including
@indycs.org at the end - Example, for student name "Indiana West":
26iwest@indycs.org
- Password: includes your birthdate and the ending "
!IWCS". - Birthdate format:
Jan012026 (for January 01, 2026) - Example password:
Jan012026!IWCS
If none of these are working, submit a ticket. Tech staff will message you on Teams when it's resolved.
